Die folgende Auswahl erschließt frühe Veröffentlichungen zu verschiedenen Off-Label-Anwendungen. Sie belegt keine allgemein gesicherte Wirksamkeit bei ME/CFS: Mehrere Arbeiten betreffen Long COVID, kleine Fallserien, Beobachtungsdaten oder Laborbefunde. Entscheidungen über Arzneimittel gehören in ärztliche Hand und müssen Nutzen, Risiken, Wechselwirkungen und die begrenzte Evidenz berücksichtigen.
